We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and the loft was so lovely with an incredible amount of attention to the details and extras which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Near some great restaurants and shops! Highly recommend!

Josh has a perfect Bellevue neighborhood location in Richmond, VA. My family of four adults visited Richmond to be near my Mom over the New Year who is living at Westminster Canterbury, which is off of Westbrook Ave in Bellevue. I looked for a place that is walkable so if one of us was using the car, others could find things to do or walk to my Mom's condo. Josh's home is the perfect location, and there was plenty of room for all four of us. He communicates easily, thoroughly, clearly and is beyond helpful. His home is spotless, comfortable, and has plenty of spaces for all of us, a true home away from home! Appealing outdoor spaces too! We look forward to staying again soon. Thank you Josh!

We had a great stay! The loft was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was very easy and the space had everything we needed. The location is awesome—right in Shockoe Bottom and walking distance to the Canal Walk, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It was a perfect spot to relax after being out exploring the city. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Richmond!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family to gather in Richmond for the Christmas holiday. The house itself was immaculate, the kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, eating and visiting all at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to find. We felt like we were staying in a friend's very nice home and not in an airbnb. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the downstairs basement game room and giant TV and sofa were great. The neighborhood is among the best in Richmond, five minute walk to coffee and restaurants in Carytown, and just two blocks to VMFA. The alley access and parking spot in the rear was a great bonus. The cost was not cheap so we had high expectations but I will say the home exceeded our expectations and was more than I hoped and imagined in gathering our extended family for the holiday. Josh was responsive and answered messages within 15 minutes or so and was happy to resend information that had gotten buried.

this house is a perfect home away from home. it is spotless, beautifully decorated, has everything you need, and the neighborhood is friendly, walkable and close to all Richmond has to offer. 💯 would recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay! Very comfortable home with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen, bath supplies, laundry facility and even a few little extras to make our stay enjoyable. It was extra nice to have a Christmas tree there since we stayed there the week before Christmas. Felt like home! Josh was quick to return any messages too. We will stay there again

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was ideal and made getting around incredibly easy, and the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus and something you don’t often find, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and exactly as described. Josh was an excellent host, very responsive, proactive, and clear with his communication. His detailed directions and check-in instructions made arrival and the entire stay completely seamless. Loved having the parking pass. Overall, this was a top notch experience and a place we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and stress-free stay.

A wonderful stay at Josh's place in a quiet neighborhood. A well stocked kitchen, and a relaxed feel to the incredibly clean home. Awesome upstairs sitting area, a livingroom, a screened in porch, and a large outdoor patio. Had to visit the bakery a block away and a short walk to a great coffee shop. Will stay here again with my family when we return to Richmond.

This Airbnb was just as pictured. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need. Parking in the back alley was always convenient but there were always spaces on the street. All the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. We rented this home for a wedding weekend and it worked out perfectly. The outdoor furniture with the fire pit was definitely a plus! I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Richmond.
