We really enjoyed our stay in Richmond! The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very responsive! We will definitely be using this listing again the next time we take a trip out to Richmond!

A beautiful home and just as described and photographed! I booked this adorable home for an extended 18 day stay for my parents while they had work done on their house. They were so happy and felt right at home! They especially enjoyed the easy walking distance to local shops and the quiet side porch. Josh was very communicative and went above board in making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

This super cozy and cute little house is a real gem. It’s perfect if you’re in Richmond for business or vacation. The neighborhood is great, and it’s quiet. There’s fantastic restaurants and one of the best coffee shops walking distance away. And the hosts are super nice, friendly and really responsive. Comfy bed, great quirky decor and well appointed. There’s even a house banjo, which was so fun to pick. And the book selection is great - I discovered a new author so thank you :) This was a great place to stay, we really enjoyed it.

Stayed at Josh's place for a quick overnight trip to Richmond & it was lovely. Great house, well appointed -- would have been perfect for an even longer stay! Would happily stay there next time I'm in town.
